When does the Season start?
The basketball season starts on the first Monday after Thanksgiving, every year.
When do the Playoffs start?
The First Round of the Playoffs start on the first Monday after February vacation, with the Semi-Finals and Finals following throughout the week.
How do I report a score?
A score must be reported no more than twenty-four hours after a game has been completed. The score should be reported by the winning team by emailing it to Scoring ( ). The email should contain the following information:
- Game Date
- Conference and Division (Ex. Girls 7-8 Junior)
- The two teams that played
- The score of the game
I found a mistake or something wrong on the site, who do I contact about it?
Well unfortunately mistakes do happen, so whether a score is wrong or any other mistakes are found please contact the Webmaster ( ).
How do I cancel a game?
Due to the time constraints of the season we do not allow games to be cancelled. The only exceptions where a cancellation would be allowed is severe weather or unplayable court conditions, in which case it is the Home Team's responsibility to contact the visiting team, the Officials Administrator, and the Commissioner by phone before 1:00 PM on the day of the game. Note: Any game not rescheduled and played before the end of the regular season will be in forfeit.
How do I reschedule a game?
Any rescheduling must be worked out by the two teams involved. Once rescheduled you must notify the Commissioner, an e-mail can be sent to Rescheduling ( ). Note: Any game not rescheduled and played before the end of the regular season will be in forfeit.
How do I get into the coaches page?
This page was intended for Coaches and Administrators only.
There's many e-mail addresses on the contact page, how do I know who to send a message to?
The e-mail addresses go to who they are assigned. The ones that don't have names next to them work like this:
- Scoring ( ): Used to e-mail scores, any e-mail sent to this address will reach both the Commissioner and the Webmaster.
- Rescheduling ( ): Used to e-mail rescheduled games, any e-mail sent to this address will reach the Commissioner, Officials Assignor, and Webmsater.
- Questions ( ): Any questions you have may be sent to this address, the e-mail will be forwarded to the appropriate person(s).
